Specialized Counseling

My approach to counseling is integrative, allowing our sessions to meet your individual needs, and utilizing therapies that draw from a variety of psychotherapy orientations. We will co-create a space where you experience trust, and the freedom to share your story. In support of your wellness journey, we will engage in collaborative goal-setting and progress tracking, including the opportunity to consult on how our work together is advancing.

Evidence-based Therapies

Evidence-based therapy techniques are tailored to address the specific needs and challenges of each client, including practical tools based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices.
