Tana Eng
, NCC, LMHCA
I believe in the transformative power of facing challenges with hope and the possibility of growth. With a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, I support your journey toward deepened awareness of self and others, in order to experience life with greater joy, authenticity, and meaning. Together, we’ll create a trusting space for progress and healing.
Using telehealth, I primarily work with young adults (18+) and often those navigating careers, independence, relationships, family dynamics, and explorations of one's sense of self. I enjoy working with all individuals facing life's challenges and witnessing the personal transformation that comes from meeting one’s trials with the hope that change and flourishing are possible.

Young Adult Therapy
The unique challenges of young adulthood—from academic and career pressures to managing relationships with family, partners, and friends. Feelings of stress, anxiety, stuckness or uncertainty about the present and future can feel overwhelming, especially when layered with experiences like intercultural identity, adoption, or neurodiversity. These factors can make the journey of building identity and finding your place in the world even more complex.
In therapy with me, we’ll focus on creating lasting strengths to support you well into the future. Together, we’ll address past difficulties, develop coping strategies, and help you build a deeper sense of self. My goal is to help you navigate life’s decisions in alignment with your values, so you can feel confident and grounded in your path forward.
Adult Therapy
Navigating adulthoods significant demands—balancing caregiving as a partner, parent, or in support of aging parents can feel overwhelming. Intergenerational differences, misaligned values, or gaps in communication may leave you feeling isolated and strained in your relationships. For parents, supporting children with heightened sensitivities and developmental concerns can be a significant source of worry and anxiety. Grief and loss—whether due to unmet expectations, the death of a loved one, or changing family dynamics—can also weigh heavily during this stage of life.
In therapy, we’ll work together to navigate these responsibilities with greater ease. Whether it's to set healthier boundaries, strengthen parenting tools, process grief and loss, or simply feel seen and supported, our work will focus on creating meaningful change. By exploring patterns that no longer serve you, we can foster new ways of thinking and relating that benefit both you and the relationships you value most.
